The final plan may include detailed information about shaping of the land, design and placement of site elements, with options for irrigation and lighting, and a plant list.
Initial Site Consultation & Design Proposal
Rue Sherwood will meet with you at your home to discuss your goals, visions and site issues.
Together, we will walk around your property to answer specific questions about plants, maintenance, or landscaping possibilities.
If you decide to proceed with a design, the fee for this consultation will be applied to the design fee.
You will receive a design proposal that summarizes your program goals and issues, the scope of work to be performed, and the design fee.
Our design work will begin after we receive from you a signed copy of the agreement and deposit.
Installation Oversight
Rue Sherwood oversees the installation of landscape projects, collaborating with skilled & insured contractors.
Rue selects and purchases trees, shrubs and perennials for the job, guaranteeing you receive top quality material that meets design specification.
Rue acts as liaison between you and the contractors, ensuring the project is built successfully.
